Activity

PROGETTO is a structure multi - regional of vocational training, non-profit-making association. Present in several Italian areas, it works with speakers coming from varied sectors of the continuous vocational training. Progetto deals with the training of handicapped people physical, and mental, of excluded thus that long-term unemployeds.

Structure

The activity of PROGETTO is centered on various projects: Actions of continuous vocational training
- Training Activities innovating with the use of New Information & Communication Technologies (ITCs).
- Orientation and assessment of competences
- Formation open and remote, multi-media and interactive
- Bringing together school undertaken with training courses in interactive alternation in company
- Projects of orientation, formation, exchanges with various European partners.

European Project

The European project Project START is an European project which is registered as VirtualBuro within the framework of the initiative EMPLOI, and more particularly in program NOW (New Opportunity woman) dedicated to the women.

START
To create new work appropriatenesses for the women in the area in their offering a possibility of formation based on New Information Technologies.
The project envisages the construction of an initiatives unit for the women:
- Orientation,
- Assessment of competences,
- Professional Insertion,
- Training with Technologies of the Communication for the women,
- Formation in the field of the " tertiary sector " (trade, accountancy, secretariat, management, marketing),
- Remote Work, by using the modern means of communication, thanks to the realization of a virtual company,
- Creation of company,
- Creation of a professional profile " Operator in telecommuting / Téléservice "
- On line Training

The profit women of the project can count on the orientation centers and Assessment of Competences (C.O.B.), in order to locate their professional and personal capacities . The users of the COB can profit from information related to the labour market, take part in activities of animation or workshop on various topics (for example the active search for work, Assessment of competences...) while having also at their multi-media disposal of the instruments for search.

Transnational Exchanges

Ort France and Progetto work together for the improvement of the methods of formation and the evolution of the technologies used in Europe. This transnational meeting before a whole exchange between two European associations which decided to position in first place for a personalized formation, is diversified without concepts of space time.
